Responsibilities
Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Troubleshoot electrical systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Install and maintain electrical control systems and equipment.
Ensure compliance with German electrical standards and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with other team members and report progress to supervisors.
Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed.
Installing and programming systems and components, e.g., for lighting systems, electrical engineering, communications equipment, automation.
Follow the specifications of production planning.
Read and install according to technical drawings, wiring diagrams and technical documents.
Install workplaces, provide required tools and materials.
Provide what is necessary for energy supply, communication and lighting technology.
Install cable routing systems, information and power cables.
Install measuring and control devices, switchgear and automation systems.
Perform electrotechnical measurements and document results.
Follow specifications e.g., provided by manufacturer, (English) handbooks.
Measure for planning of required material.
Assist in documentation (e.g., documentation of changes of the construction plan).
Qualifications
Proven experience as an electrician.
Certification or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
Valid A1 or A2 German language certification.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments.
Proficiency in German is required for any independent tasks (goal: A2 level).
Electrician with a degree recognized in Germany.
