Broadridge is growing! The Operations Training Coordinator plays a crucial role within the Production Operations function, providing essential training and administrative support. This position involves working across multiple job families, combining administrative, organizational, and coordination skills to enhance operational efficiency.

This is an on‑site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will work 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead hands‑on, one‑on‑one, and group skills training sessions, focusing on equipment operations and operational processes. Conduct training needs assessments and develop training plans.

Oversee certification and re‑certification processes, ensuring all associates meet operational standards.

Monitor, evaluate, and report on associates’ training progress. Maintain accurate records of all training activities.

Utilize clerical skills to upload and update relevant documentation, following established procedures.

Understand the role’s contribution to the team and demonstrate an ability to integrate efforts with others within the discipline.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of procedures within the discipline and foundational knowledge of related areas.

Identify and solve common problems using established or creative solutions.

Communicate effectively to facilitate training.

Apply Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.

Take initiative to manage own workload effectively with a moderate degree of supervision.

Enhance team performance through high‑quality services and information.

Exercise sound judgment within defined procedures, coordinate scheduled training activities independently, and deliver impactful training sessions aligned with operational goals.

Possess background in formal training or significant work experience in related fields.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Hourly range for this position is $23.00-24.00 based on experience.

Shift: EWN – Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Alternate Saturday 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
