Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
Physical Requirements
Transport or lift items up to 35 lbs.
Walk and navigate facilities, spend up to 50% of time outdoors, climb stairs and open large doors.
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping interior areas; maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal).
Qualifications Experience
– Successful candidates come from customer‑service oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service‑based companies.
Transportation
– Valid driver’s license; own vehicle required to travel between locations and during work. (Mileage reimbursement available.)
Bilingual Spanish Preferred
