Job Description
Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside
Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits
Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required
Physical Requirements
Transport/lift items up to 35 pounds
Walk around facilities for up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks (sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal)
Qualifications Experience : Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service‑centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies.
Transportation : Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between locations; mileage reimbursement available.
