€70,000 – €90,000 gross per year (€5,800 – €7,500 gross per month) Final package will depend on experience, project exposure and commercial responsibility.
About the Role A rapidly expanding engineering and infrastructure organisation operating across the telecoms and power sectors is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support its growing Engineering & Renewables business unit.
This role offers the opportunity to manage multiple medium-sized civil and building projects while contributing to commercial strategy, cost control and financial performance across long-term national infrastructure programmes.

Key Responsibilities
Full commercial responsibility for assigned projects
Contract administration and commercial reporting
Preparation of weekly P&L reports and cost forecasts
Subcontractor procurement and management
Working with Operations Directors and Senior Management to ensure project costs align with tender allowances
Management and enforcement of change control processes
Timely and accurate delivery of all commercial activities
Proactive identification and resolution of commercial risks
Preparation of high-quality written reports and documentation
Analysis of client requirements and compliance with tender instructions
Requirements
BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
Proven experience managing civil or building projects up to €5M
Strong background in commercial management and contract administration
Excellent knowledge of construction contracts
Commercially astute with strong analytical skills
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
Desirable
Experience with FIDIC forms of contract
Working knowledge of Buildsoft, Cubit, MS Project, AutoCAD
Advanced Excel capability
Ability to manage competing priorities in a demanding environment
