Floor Manager – Private Membership Club (NYC)
On behalf of a prestigious private members’ club, we are seeking an experienced and polished Floor Manager to join a standout team in New York City.
This role will oversee day‑to‑day front‑of‑house operations across multiple refined dining spaces, ensuring exceptional guest service and team performance. The ideal candidate has a fine dining background, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in restaurant management (fine dining/high‑volume preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands‑on approach with high attention to detail
Ability to mentor, motivate, and support FOH staff
Comfortable in fast‑paced, elevated service environments
