We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary direction.
Base Pay Range $110,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, food quality, sanitation, and compliance.
Develop and execute seasonal menus, ensuring consistency and excellence.
Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and kitchen systems.
Foster collaboration between front and back-of-house teams.
Maintain top-tier standards in safety, hygiene, and food handling.
Qualifications
5+ years of leadership in fine dining kitchens.
Culinary degree or equivalent training.
NYC Food Protection Certificate required.
Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.
