Location: Oconomowoc, Wisconsin
Your mission: Keep production moving by ensuring the right tooling and materials are in the right place at the right time—accurately documented and safe to use.
Core Responsibilities
Receive, store, label, and issue tooling to support multiple manufacturing processes.
Stage materials per job routings and work instructions; coordinate timing with supervisors and production teams.
Record tool locations and attributes in the ERP system; maintain strong inventory accuracy and find misplaced items.
Visually check and measure tools for wear/defects using basic inspection techniques; report issues promptly.
Operate hand trucks, storage systems, and lifting devices with a safety-first mindset; raise safety concerns immediately.
Execute cycle counts and assist with scheduled physical inventories.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Reliable, accurate computer data entry.
Experience with Microsoft Office; Outlook and Excel preferred.
Forklift experience is beneficial.
