Overview
We are seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a growing conveyor manufacturing team in Ashland, Ohio. This role involves welding, metal fabrication, assembly, and producing high-quality components used in conveyor systems. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and fabrication drawings. Fabricate and assemble metal parts for various conveyor products. Operate common fabrication equipment such as:
Press brake Roll former Drill press Grinder Iron worker
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area following company safety practices. Assist with general production duties as needed. Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods. Qualifications
2+ years of welding or metal fabrication experience preferred. Proficiency in MIG welding (additional welding processes a plus). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. AWS welding certification is a plus but not required. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
