ServiceNow Financial Services Transformation Leader - Senior Manager - Tech Consulting-Open Location Join EY as the ServiceNow Financial Services Transformation Leader – Senior Manager – Tech Consulting. In this role, you will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area of the business, building client relationships and driving technology transformation projects aligned with EY’s strategy.

The Opportunity You will lead ServiceNow Transformation teams in a rapidly growing area. It is a client-facing role where you will showcase your ability to motivate and develop teams, establish and maintain client relationships, and grow your consulting, technical, and leadership skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.

Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.

Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for financial services clients across ServiceNow applications and product suites, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Drive and support sales activities alongside EY pursuit teams—develop proposals, engagement estimates, and participate in sales presentations.

Lead and develop strategies for ServiceNow-enabled transformations, working with senior client executives on business cases, roadmaps, detailed plans, and solution architectures.

Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB project and solution delivery.

Manage 2-3 engagements and mentor multi-disciplinary teams of 10+ resources, including offshore consultants, developers, and testers.

Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.

Provide industry-leading practice expertise for ServiceNow service management implementations across non‑IT business functions.

Analyze an organization’s service management capabilities and provide leading‑practice recommendations.

Lead client process design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.

Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models—including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk and issue logs.

Drive creation of sector‑focused offerings aligned with ServiceNow industry workflows.

Create high-quality deliverables and project artifacts.

To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree); Master’s degree preferred.

Typically at least 5‑7 years of relevant ServiceNow implementation experience.

Proven architectural leadership in ServiceNow with deep sector experience in financial services (Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance and/or Wealth & Asset Management).

ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Minimum of 3 additional ServiceNow certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Service Mapping.

5+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.

Excellent soft skills—executive communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.

Experience leading teams and supervising others.

A valid driver’s license in the United States.

Ability to travel up to 60% to meet client needs.

Ideally, you will also have

ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM, HAM, or SAM.

Experience with ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).

Performance analytics and reporting experience—certifications are a plus.

Experience with Employee Center, Legal Service Delivery, and Workplace Service Delivery—certifications are a plus.
