Overview

Are you a consultative talent expert with a passion for blending business strategy and specialized recruiting? We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Talent Advisor to join our team and serve as the dedicated recruiting partner for an exciting new mid-market client account. This role is the critical link between our client’s strategic goals and the top-tier talent required to achieve them.

You will act as the single point of accountability for all assigned requisitions, developing and executing a proactive talent strategy tailored to market conditions and client needs. Success in this role demands an ownership mindset, deep sourcing expertise, and the ability to operate as a true business partner to highly technical and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Strategic Talent Consultation & Ownership

Consultative Partnership: Serve as a strategic and consultative partner to high-level technical and professional clients, including Key Stakeholders and Hiring Managers. Lead intake calls, clarify requirements beyond the job description, and influence hiring decisions with data-driven market intelligence and innovative solutions.

Account Ownership: Fully responsible for the fulfillment of assigned requisitions. Take full accountability for results, evaluating performance against SLAs/KPIs, and adjusting course/strategy immediately to ensure recruiting goals are met.

Business Acumen: Possess a great blend of business and recruiting expertise, understanding the client’s functional/technical hiring needs and translating them into executable, successful talent generation strategies.

Specialized Sourcing and Pipeline Management

Expert SAS Sourcing: Develop and execute expert-level sourcing methodologies with a proven track record in sourcing specialized SAS talent (Sales, Applications, Solutions, etc.) or a similar, highly technical domain.

Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the full candidate pool (internal, ad response, direct sourced), using independent judgment to screen candidates and present a highly qualified slate to meet client deliverables.

Offer Negotiation: Use influence and persuasion to effectively sell employment opportunities, extend offers, and negotiate terms for final acceptance.

Relationship Building: Develop strong, positive relationships with client partners, serving as the trusted hiring consultant and providing innovative solutions to recruiting challenges.

3rd Party Supplier Management: Actively manage relationships and performance of 3rd party suppliers (vendors/agencies) to ensure seamless, high-quality augmentation of talent sourcing efforts.

Team Collaboration: Partner with multi-location and/or global colleagues (Sourcing Specialists, Recruiting Coordinators, etc.) to ensure a coordinated and effective recruiting cycle.

Basic Qualifications

Minimum Five (5) years in a consultative recruiting role, serving as the direct, primary Hiring Manager point of contact (account/requisition management).

Minimum five (5) years in a candidate generation role, with a proven track record of developing candidate pipelines and achieving hiring success.

Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, urgent recruiting environment supporting external clients (e.g., RPO, Search Firm, or Agency).

Technical and Preferred Qualifications

ATS Proficiency: Direct, hands‑on experience with Greenhouse ATS and general CRM system proficiency.

Specialized Expertise: Proven ability to understand and successfully source specialized talent, ideally SAS or similar technical/functional domains.

Coursework or certification such as AIRS, Adler Group, or similar is a plus.

Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to work and communicate effectively with high-level technical and professional clients across all organizational levels.

Note: This is a 12+ contract with opportunity to join the organization long term as a full‑time employee.
