About Our Client – The Connectivity Leader As an Expert Talent Advisor, you will be strategically embedded and dedicated to one of our key clients: a dynamic, pan-European organization dedicated to building and maintaining the essential digital infrastructure for an inclusive society. You will be instrumental in building the teams that make this vital work possible in Germany.
The Role As an Expert Talent Advisor, you will serve as the strategic talent partner for our client's German operations. Utilizing Randstad's global resources and your deep local market expertise, you will take full ownership of the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for their most critical roles, driving talent acquisition excellence within the region from a remote setting.
What You Will Do
Strategic Partnership:
Act as the primary strategic talent consultant, collaborating directly with the client's Senior Hiring Managers to define and execute effective hiring strategies for the German business unit.
German Market Expertise:
Provide expertise and comprehensive market intelligence on the German talent landscape, advising the client community on trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Full‑Cycle Ownership:
Own the complete 360‑degree recruitment process for specialist, technical, and leadership positions, including strategic sourcing, advanced screening, and sophisticated offer negotiation.
Client Facing:
Attend regular remote calls and meetings with the client's hiring community to share updates and discuss progress regarding the talent acquisition process.
Candidate Experience:
Interact with candidates and focus on providing a consistently great candidate experience at every opportunity, reflecting the professional standards of both Randstad and the client.
Process Management:
Manage robust Applicant Tracking System (ATS) processes and reporting to provide clear, data‑driven updates to all stakeholders.
What You Will Bring
Language Skills:
Professional working fluency in English is mandatory. German language proficiency at a C1 level is highly appreciated and will be a significant advantage.
Expert Experience:
Significant and demonstrable experience (3+ years) as a 360‑degree Recruiter or Talent Advisor, with a proven track record of successfully hiring complex and niche roles in the German market.
Stakeholder Skills:
Exceptional and confident communication skills, with the ability to consult, challenge, and influence a demanding senior client community.
Recruitment Depth:
Previous experience working within the RPO or recruitment industry is a must.
Autonomy:
A highly autonomous, proactive, organized, dynamic, and curious attitude, coupled with excellent time management skills necessary for successful remote work.
System Knowledge:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required.
