Offer Description The project is part of IT4LIA AI Factory, Italy’s national infrastructure for AI development and dissemination. The research focuses on designing testing environments to verify the regulatory compliance and ethical fairness of AI models integrated into the platform. The goal is to develop an experimental framework to systematically assess correctness, non-discrimination, and transparency in line with the AI Act and GDPR. The researcher will help implement protocols and metrics for measuring fairness, analyze accuracy–fairness trade-offs, and develop bias‑mitigation tools. The results will contribute to a reliable and responsible service for the ethical and regulatory validation of AI systems.
