The grant reflects activities planned following the Collaboration Agreement for the study “Implementation of the WFD-compliant Economic Analysis to support planning for the Po River Basin District”, completed in 2025, and integrates the continuation of the activities included in the Showcase project.
In particular, the activities will be related to:
the economic study of innovative policy interventions for the protection of water, soil, and biodiversity;
the analysis of the impact and performance of a selected set of measures, including through simulation tools;
the identification of the optimal design of the measures;
the cost‑benefit analysis of the interventions.
