About The Role This role will focus on supporting Molding operations in Arden Hills. It includes working with engineers in set‑up and calibration tasks, preventive maintenance, and performing quality testing. The candidate will assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process and conduct experiments with engineers. A successful candidate will take direction and deliver results with little supervision and will be eager to learn new skills and collaborate closely with manufacturing engineers.
Work Mode Onsite; employees are required to be in the local office five days per week.

Responsibilities
Observe and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment problems to minimize downtime.
Identify and implement corrective actions for manufacturing related issues.
Complete scheduled/preventive and calibration maintenance regularly.
Respond to and execute equipment maintenance, and coordinate with outside contractors.
Install and validate equipment and processes in the production area to improve yield and/or reduce cycle time following the established validation procedure.
Evaluate operating data to conduct on‑line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment; may develop or revise documents and procedures.
Evaluate and order necessary equipment, tools, and fixtures.
Train and provide technical support or direction to product builders and other technicians.
Modify existing and develop new tooling and fixtures as necessary.
Work with other technicians and engineers on process improvements.
Additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience with a high school degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Injection molding process/equipment maintenance experience.
Basic understanding of medical device documentation requirements.
Medical device regulation experience.
Experience in molding manufacturing and equipment troubleshooting.
Proven record of working closely with manufacturing and process development engineers.
Comfortable reading electrical schematics and part drawings.
Great attitude and strong desire to learn new skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience.
Software debugging knowledge.
Preventive maintenance experience.

Maximum Salary: $71,552
The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific will vary based on actual location and other pertinent factors. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training.
