We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Guidewire PolicyCenter Tech Lead to join our team!
Key Requirements
Deep experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter implementation and configuration
Guidewire Associate Certification (mandatory)
Hands‑on experience with Cloud APD and cloud‑based product model configurations
Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end Policy lifecycle — Submission, Qualification, Quoting, Underwriting, Policy Issuance, Renewals, Cancellations & Reinstatements, and Mid‑Term Policy Changes
Domain expertise in Personal Auto, Commercial Auto, or Property lines of business within PolicyCenter
Solid experience with PolicyCenter configuration and integrations (Product Model, Rating Engine, Forms & Documents, integrations with external systems like payment gateways, underwriting systems, data providers, etc.)
Leadership & Technical Skills
Proven experience working as a Team Lead — mentoring developers, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring best practices
Ability to work independently, analyze complex requirements, and deliver high‑quality technical solutions
Strong understanding of Agile methodology, sprint planning, and cross‑functional collaboration
Solid knowledge of testing processes — Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and defect/bug lifecycle
Nice to Have
✨ Experience with PolicyCenter Digital (PC Digital)
✨ Familiarity with Guidewire Jutro / GT UI
