We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled

Guidewire PolicyCenter Tech Lead

to join our team!

Key Requirements:

✔ Deep experience with

Guidewire PolicyCenter

implementation and configuration

✔ Hands‑on experience with

Cloud APD

and cloud‑based product model configurations

✔ Strong understanding of the

end‑to‑end Policy lifecycle

— Submission, Qualification, Quoting, Underwriting, Policy Issuance, Renewals, Cancellations & Reinstatements, and Mid‑Term Policy Changes

✔ Domain expertise in

Personal Auto, Commercial Auto, or Property

lines of business within PolicyCenter

✔ Solid experience with

PolicyCenter configuration and integrations

(Product Model, Rating Engine, Forms & Documents, integrations with external systems like payment gateways, underwriting systems, data providers, etc.)

Leadership & Technical Skills:

✔ Proven experience working as a

Team Lead

— mentoring developers, guiding technical decisions, and ensuring best practices

✔ Ability to work independently, analyze complex requirements, and deliver high‑quality technical solutions

✔ Strong understanding of

Agile methodology , sprint planning, and cross‑functional collaboration

✔ Solid knowledge of testing processes — Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and defect/bug lifecycle

Nice to Have:

✨ Experience with

PolicyCenter Digital (PC Digital)

✨ Familiarity with

Guidewire Jutro / GT UI
