MAU is hiring a Quality Engineering Technician for our client in Greenville, SC. As a Quality Engineering Technician, you will support quality processes by applying standard engineering techniques to assigned tasks, helping to ensure goals are met in quality, quantity, and timeliness. This is a long-term contract opportunity with direct-hire potential.

Shift Information Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED Experience in manufacturing environments Assembly and/or machining experience Experience working with nonconforming parts Quality management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills Strong critical thinking, verbal, and written communication skills Proven problem-solving ability

General Requirements Ability to walk plant floor and lift/move parts as needed Comfortable accessing network drives for inspection reports Ability to work independently or as part of a multifunctional team

Essential Functions Document technical data to support components, assemblies, and/or systems in line with quality policies and procedures Prioritize and implement multiple concurrent process improvement projects to enhance customer satisfaction and business productivity Walk the plant floor to identify marked parts in the quality cart, collect necessary information (including lifting/moving parts for photos), and route nonconformance reports to the appropriate engineer based on part numbers Conduct training on quality assurance concepts and tools Maintain and improve process documentation in assigned areas to ensure consistent quality
