2nd Shift Process Quality Engineer – Greenville, SC
MAU is hiring a 2nd Shift Process Quality Engineer for our client in Greenville, SC.
Join MAU as a Process Quality Engineer and play a key role in driving manufacturing quality, process optimization, and continuous improvement. In this hands‑on engineering role, you’ll support machining and assembly operations by applying standard quality engineering principles to improve processes, ensure compliance, and elevate product quality. This is a direct-hire opportunity with long‑term potential.

Shift Information:
Monday–Friday 2:45 PM – 10:45 PM
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, or Aerospace) Experience in manufacturing environments, including assembly and/or machining Background in process improvement or lean manufacturing projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical procedures, and data Experience writing process plans and creating detailed work instructions Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline
General Requirements:

Essential Functions:
Document technical data to support components, assemblies, and systems in compliance with quality standards and procedures Lead and implement multiple process improvement projects to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction Provide advanced quality engineering support for manufacturing processes and automated equipment Apply engineering principles to meet quality, quantity, and on‑time delivery targets Deliver training on quality control tools, techniques, and best practices Maintain and enforce accurate process documentation for consistent quality performance
