About The Role We are seeking a Team Lead, Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction and energy retrofit projects across Pennsylvania. This role provides leadership to Project Managers, Engineers, and construction personnel while ensuring safety, quality, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced MEP or energy‑focused project leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, solution‑driven environment.
What You'll Do
Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and technical staff
Oversee project safety, schedules, budgets, and contract compliance
Build strong customer relationships, resolving issues proactively
Manage procurement, subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation
Ensure successful commissioning, turnover, and closeout of systems
Support estimating and business development efforts as needed
Maintain high standards of professionalism and project excellence
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
10+ years of experience in MEP, HVAC, controls, electrical, or energy‑related construction
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing project teams
Ability to travel up to 50%
Excellent knowledge of construction methods for commercial and institutional buildings
Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and industry‑standard scheduling tools
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
Work Environment This role includes both office work and regular visits to construction sites. Candidates must be comfortable working in active construction environments and performing occasional physical tasks such as climbing ladders, walking job sites, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
