Base pay range $120,000 - $200,000 (dependent on experience)
I’m currently working with a well‑established construction and development firm that delivers complex and high‑value construction projects across Long Island. They are actively seeking experienced Project Managers to join their growing team for an exciting pipeline of Multifamily and Commercial construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on PM who enjoys managing projects from pre‑construction through closeout and working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from planning through completion
Oversee schedules, budgets, and cost controls
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress
Review drawings, contracts, RFIs, and submittals
Lead project meetings with ownership and internal teams
Manage change orders and project closeout documentation
Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards
Qualifications
5+ years of construction project management experience
Experience in one of the sectors previously stated
Strong knowledge of construction methods and project scheduling
Proficiency with project management software and MS Office
Excellent communication and leadership skills
OSHA certification preferred
