Location Greer, SC area
Production Supervisor We are seeking a Production Supervisor for our assembly facility in the Greenville, SC area. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production floor, manage a team, and ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality production processes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and train production team members to meet production targets and safety standards.
Monitor and optimize production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage inventory and ensure materials are available to meet production schedules.
Prepare and present production reports to upper management.
Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
