Job Description Perform a wide variety of machine‑tool operations, including setting up and operating CNC equipment, turning, milling, drilling, boring, and threading. Work from blueprints, process sheets, established procedures and schedules to set up machines, modify CNC programs, and adjust feeds and speeds to achieve quality standards. Inspect own work with precision tools and perform corrective action when needed. Operate tool‑sharpening equipment and drill grinders, maintain tooling, and handle material. Follow good housekeeping and safety practices, assist others as required, and use own basic tools.
Requirements
Experience with CNC machinery
Ability to read blueprints and process sheets
Proficiency with measurement tools (rulers, calipers, micrometers, go‑no‑go gauges)
Knowledge of tool‑sharpening and grinder operation
Problem‑solving and corrective‑action skills
Good housekeeping and safety practices
