Service Master Planner - Transformer Repair Center

We are seeking an experienced Master Planner with a strong background in transformers to oversee and coordinate the master planning activities across all areas of our organization. The Master Planner will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive production plans, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, and meeting customer demands.
Join us at the launch phase of our new manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC, scheduled for completion in 2026. In the initial phase, you will play a key role in:
Supporting factory construction and process implementation
Developing a high-performance engineering team
Coordinating all aspects of factory setup to ensure readiness for production
How You’ll Make An Impact
Develop and manage the master production schedule to meet customer demand, inventory targets, and production capacity.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (production, procurement, sales, marketing, suppliers) to ensure alignment with schedules and timely material availability.
Monitor and adjust plans proactively based on demand changes, supply chain disruptions, and resource constraints to maintain efficiency.
Optimize resource utilization and production load across facilities and shifts while identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
Analyze data and forecasts (market trends, sales projections, historical performance) to improve demand planning and inventory control.
Track performance and report insights through KPIs, capacity utilization, and inventory metrics; present recommendations to senior management.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience and high school diploma considered.
Minimum 5 years in production planning and master scheduling, preferably in transformer manufacturing. 10 years strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and proficiency with ERP and production planning tools.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities; ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
Occasional travel for training; flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without employer‑sponsored visa support (internal transfers may be eligible).
