Job Overview The National Simulation Center’s Global Simulation Capability serves as the US Army’s Constructive Simulation Provider for Army Corps and Division Headquarters home station training events in the Continental United States. This is a Constructive Simulation Specialist (Systems Engineer) position at the Global Simulation Capability, National Simulation Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ.
Support Hours Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct overall management coordination for all technical, networking, simulation, exercise design, and administrative support.
Assist the Government in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of simulation systems and tools, and exercises and training events.
Provide strategic solutions for standardizing technology, technical documentation, and technical support models across the site(s).
Attend training, seminars, conferences, exercise/experiment planning events, site surveys, and training events.
On occasion, operate simulation system or MCIS for the unit during execution of the training event.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements / Education
Experience in systems integration, including integrating HW/SW components to create cohesive systems.
Knowledge of DoD simulation technologies, particularly those relevant to Army military training and operations.
Knowledge of programming languages and scripting, including languages like C++, Java, or Python.
Familiarity with network architecture and protocols, particularly those used in military or simulation environments.
Hands‑on experience with military simulation systems, such as constructive or virtual simulation platforms.
Understanding of the specific requirements and constraints of military training simulations.
DoD IAT II Certification.
Be a United States citizen.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Successful experience working in a team environment.
Security Requirement
Active SECRET Security Clearance.
Travel Required
