About the Role:

Estimator
to join a leading company in the
exterior restoration industry . This role is critical in ensuring accurate project cost assessments and supporting successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for restoration projects, including masonry and concrete repair.
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and proposals to determine scope and requirements.
Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to ensure accurate budgeting and timelines.
Source and evaluate vendor pricing for materials and subcontractor services.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and pricing trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Estimator within the restoration or construction industry.
Strong understanding of masonry and concrete restoration processes.
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
