Location & Hours Wendell, NC. Shift Hours: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. Hourly Rate: $22.46. Note: you will train at our Wendell NC facility for the first month before moving over to the Knightdale location.
Responsibilities
Assemble sub‑assemblies, parts kits, and aftermarket parts orders, including mechanical assembly of steel components.
Record job transactions, read BOMs, follow layouts and assembly drawings.
Set and use torque wrenches correctly, adhering to developed processes and seeking ways to improve.
Adhere to Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety policies, with a commitment to continuous improvement and be a strong team player.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related mechanical field.
3+ years of experience working with standard hand and power tools, both pneumatic and battery operated.
Experience with SAP and Salesforce.
Knowledge of torque wrench and applied torque values.
Experience with using a tape measure and other measuring devices.
Able to identify mechanical parts and electrical components.
Ability to occasionally lift parts or sub‑assemblies weighing up to 50 lbs.
Basic proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer‑sponsored work authorization.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience with SAP.
Experience with Salesforce.

The pay for this position is $22.46 per hour. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
