Maintenance Supervisor – South Salt Lake – Townhomes at Mountain Ridge
Nxt Property Management is looking for an experienced
Bilingual English/Spanish
Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in South Salt Lake, UT. The role is responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, while supervising the maintenance team.
Day in the Life Each day you will work with the team to walk the community, maintain cleanliness, and facilitate light groundskeeping. You may work in a resident’s home to fix a problem or return a vacant unit to the high standard our residents expect.

What We Are Looking For
Knowledge and technical skills in: plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, wall repair, appliance repair, daily groundskeeping
6+ months of maintenance experience
6+ months of supervisor experience
HVAC experience
Experience working with pools
Bilingual English/Spanish
