We are looking for an experienced
Bilingual English/Spanish
Maintenance Supervisor
to join our amazing team at
Townhomes at Mountain Ridge
in South Salt Lake, UT. The role involves a hands‑on approach to caring for the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas while overseeing the maintenance team.
Day in the Life Each day you will work with the team to maintain cleanliness, facilitate light grounds keeping, and perform maintenance tasks such as fixing issues in residents’ homes or prepping vacant units for new tenants.
What We Offer
A competitive rate of $25 per hour, depending on experience.

What We Are Looking For
Knowledge and technical skills in plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, wall repair, appliance repair, and daily groundskeeping.
6+ months of maintenance experience.
6+ months of supervisory experience.
HVAC experience.
Experience working with pools.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
