Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus. Relevant certifications such as PMP or CCM are a plus. 5+ years of project management experience on commercial construction projects; industrial experience is a plus. Skills in project coordination and construction management. Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Fieldwire, Buildertrend, etc.); Procore experience is a plus. Strong budgeting proficiency. Leadership and organizational skills. Excellent problem‑solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Seniority level:
