You'll manage small to medium-sized projects, including new designs and repairs for existing structures. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, client interaction, and hands‑on fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior staff with design, site investigations, and documentation.
Investigate and resolve building envelope issues.
Provide design consultation and construction support.
Conduct field testing for roofing, waterproofing, windows, and curtain walls.
Design remedial repairs for walls, roofs, and other systems.
Mentor junior staff and review plans/specifications.
Support litigation cases related to building systems.
Participate in construction administration phases.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Architectural Engineering (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.) license.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in computer graphics and documentation.
Bonus experience: curtain wall design, historic preservation, rope access, public speaking.
Ability to travel and work at heights; valid driver's license preferred.
Base Pay Range $105,000.00/yr – $130,000.00/yr
