Kinsley Energy Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team! The Manufacturing Technician supports the production, fabrication, and installation of company products through hands‑on mechanical assembly and metal fabrication. Recent enhancements to our production process have shifted this role to a balanced 50/50 focus on mechanical assembly and metal fabrication, opening the opportunity to a broader range of skilled candidates.
This position contributes to both in‑house manufacturing and field installations while promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly and metal fabrication work according to design specifications and production requirements.
Support fabrication activities with an emphasis on MIG welding.
Assist with piping, mechanical, and light electrical assemblies as part of integrated build‑outs.
Support project installations at customer sites as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment.
Follow all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support efficient production and installation processes.
Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Strong experience in mechanical assembly and metal fabrication.
MIG welding experience is a plus.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
Working knowledge of OSHA 10 safety standards and safe work practices.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Reliable, detail‑oriented, and quality-driven with a strong sense of ownership.
Effective communication skills and a proactive, solutions‑focused approach.
