SMT Process Engineer
Responsibilities
Implement and sustain equipment and processes used in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) with Thru-Hole and Surface Mount Technology.
Design, develop, specify, install, organize, document, implement, and maintain equipment and processes for PCBs housed in plastic cases, metal enclosures, or potting materials.
Drive process improvements and modifications to enhance production quality, efficiency, and reliability.
Collaborate with internal teams to support ongoing manufacturing goals and ensure consistent process performance.
Requirements
BS Degree.
7+ years of hands‑on experience and direct customer interaction.
Experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
Experience with Thru‑Hole Technology.
Experience in the assembly of Printed Circuit Boards.
