Experience as Construction Project Manager on projects related to Commercial, Healthcare, Tilt-Wall, Schools, etc. In this full-time/permanent position at a well-established General Contractor with a wide range of projects. Due to consistent growth, they hire experienced Project Managers for current and upcoming Commercial/Education/Industrial projects.

What You Will Be Doing
Project Management – planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget.
Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
What You Need for this Position
5+ Years' Experience as a Project Manager on projects related to Commercial, Education, Industrial, etc.
Understanding of Construction documents.
Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
