Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Peaceful Living is seeking Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs provide assistance and care to help others live their lives to the fullest by supporting life skills, activities of daily living, community participation, transportation, and personal care.
Location/Hours:
Newtown Square, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am–3:30 pm. Full‑time and part‑time positions available.
Compensation & Benefits
$18.10 to $19.85 per hour based on years of DSP experience
Generous paid time off
Up to $3,000 in tuition assistance (after meeting employment requirements)

Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or GED
Have and maintain a valid driver's license and driving approval from Peaceful Living
Successfully pass and maintain all criminal background checks
Complete pre‑employment physical and TB test
