Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Harleysville, PA Peaceful Living is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs provide much needed assistance and care to help others live their lives to the fullest. DSPs are there to support and assist with life skills, activities of daily living, community participation, transportation, and personal care. Peaceful Living is looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable people to join the team for this rewarding and fulfilling role.

Day Program Location/Hours : Harleysville, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. Full-time and Part-Time positions available.

Compensation and Benefits for Full-time Employees

$18.10 to $19.85 based on years of DSP experience

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age

Possess a high school diploma or GED

Have and maintain a valid (state of residence) driver's license and driver's approval from Peaceful Living

Successfully pass and maintain all criminal background checksComplete pre-employment physical and TB test
