Main Responsibilities
Conduct a thorough walkthrough and assessment of all equipment, in operation and shut down, and all ongoing preventive maintenance actions in progress.
Perform routine mechanical and electrical repairs on equipment, as required.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment, as required.
Conduct troubleshooting on all malfunctioning and/or out‑of‑service equipment.
Provide mechanical assistance to various plant Operators in the troubleshooting and repair of equipment, as needed.
Monitor and maintain plant systems and subsystems, as required, to operate various equipment.
Be available to work shift to fulfill personnel slotting requirements, as directed.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following
Some Technical College or Trade School in an Engineering Discipline.
Strong Mechanical and Electrical aptitude.
General knowledge of plant equipment to include boiler operations, types of heat exchangers, material control, storage, and handling, refrigeration, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, air compressor operations, electrical distribution, electrical and electronic controls, welding operations.
Knowledge and understanding of Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and requirements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook programs.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in working with Allen‑Bradley.
Understanding of circuits.
Proficient in electrical and electronic circuits, sensors, and encoders.
Strong technical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and willingness to work overtime as required.
Manufacturing: 5 years (Required).
Electromechanical: 5 years (Required).
