Job Description As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Solstice, you will impact the success of Solstice by driving production performance, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will report directly to our Production Planning Manager and work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location on a rotating work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE

Willingness to work a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule that includes work on days, nights, weekends and holidays.

2 plus years of experience in a manufacturing or production leadership role.

Strong knowledge of production processes and industrial safety standards and processes.

Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Proficiency in using production management software and tools.

Ability to analyze production data and make data‑driven decisions.

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.

Management experience in a Union environment.

Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Knowledge of quality control processes and regulatory compliance.

U.S. Person Requirements Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

Compensation The annual base salary range for this position is

$84.8k - $127k . Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
