Provide technical support as an escalation point from a Tier I Engineer, including support of networked devices Coordinate with Customer Service team for AV activities on support cases and ensure customer satisfaction Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints Conduct maintenance tasks to ensure AV systems operate optimally Document issues in a knowledge base format for internal and external use Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the AV sector with a proven record of installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting corporate AV systems Experience with technical problem analysis and resolution in multi-discipline environments Proficiency in drafting software (AutoCAD, Visionworks, etc.) Knowledge of networking principles and deep technical knowledge of AV concepts and integrations Experience with MSFT Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams Preferred Qualifications
