Field Service Technician II

Position Summary NCR Atleos is looking for Field Service Technicians who are skilled, technically savvy, and have a mechanical aptitude. You will work with some of the largest retailers and banks, delivering best‑in‑class service and building long‑term relationships with our customers. Training is provided onsite and through virtual classrooms. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, customer communication, and a team‑oriented learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively.
Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self‑checkout systems within an assigned territory.
Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls.
Manage everything from network faults and traffic, to configuration, security, and remote system access.
Basic Qualifications
Local candidate for the Tulsa, OK area.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum age 19 years.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record meeting NCR Atleos fleet requirements.
Basic PC skills, electronic skills, and operating system familiarity.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day.
Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
Capable of carrying and lifting tools, parts, and equipment up to 50 lb. without assistance.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks involving bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, and manipulating objects of varying size.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software.
A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification.
One or more years of related experience.
Salary $40,800.00 – $59,200.00 (depending on experience).
