Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and building codes. They will also be responsible for leading project teams and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects from preconstruction through to completion.

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to stay on track with timelines and budget.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Utilize Procore software for project management, documentation, and reporting. Conduct regular site visits and meetings to assess project status and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.

Proficiency in project management software, particularly Procore.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
