Experience with OSHPD/HCAI healthcare construction is a strong bonus.
Base Pay Range $140,000–$170,000 per year
Description
Leading field operations on large‑scale industrial and tilt‑up projects
Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and safety compliance
Ensuring quality control and timely delivery across multiple job sites
Collaborating with project managers and clients to maintain project goals
Profile
7+ years of experience as a Senior Superintendent in industrial or tilt‑up construction
Deep knowledge of field operations, safety protocols, and construction sequencing
Bonus: Experience with OSHPD/HCAI healthcare projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Familiarity with the Southern California construction market
