Construction Superintendent – OSHPD Construction We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent specializing in OSHPD construction to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish in Los Angeles.

Base Pay Range $140,000.00 / yr – $170,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of OSHPD construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on‑site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Oversee daily construction activities and enforce safety and quality standards.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.

Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.

Manage project resources effectively to achieve optimal results.

Ensure compliance with all OSHPD regulations and local building codes.

Qualifications

Proven experience managing OSHPD building and construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.

Exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and resolve issues.
