Flight Instructor-EN - CAE We are hiring a full‑time Certificated Flight Instructor for our Initial Pilot Training (IPT) Program for the United States Air Force (USAF) located in Pueblo, CO, to begin in January 2026. The instructor will provide ground and flight training, evaluate performance, and serve as a mentor/developer for new aviators.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct ground and flight training in accordance with FAA training requirements under FAR part 141.

Provide ground instruction on aircraft systems, training maneuvers, procedures, and other flight‑related subjects.

Conduct pre‑flight and post‑flight debriefings and deliver in‑flight instruction to ensure students fully understand training materials.

Execute flight training that leads USAF students to Private Pilot Certification with Instrument privileges on Single and Multi‑Engine Land Airplanes.

Maintain gradebook entries to meet syllabus requirements.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Flight Instructor Airplane Single Engine Land (CFI) certification.

Current Class III Medical certificate.

Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

200 hours dual given.

Flight Instructor Airplane Single and Multi‑Engine; Instrument Airplane experience.

Experience as a certified instructor in a Part 141 flight school or Military Undergraduate Flight Training.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Comfortable working in outdoor, hangar, office, ramp, aircraft, and classroom environments.

Security Responsibilities Must comply with all company security and data protection policies. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of information in any form; information may not be disclosed without management approval, and all government or proprietary data must be stored electronically on company‑provided resources.

Salary $58,240
