Key Responsibilities
Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, and P&IDs.
Monitor process performance using statistical analysis and implement data-driven improvements.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, OEE).
Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in process within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
Proficiency with process simulation, data analysis software, and CAD tools.
Understanding of manufacturing safety standards and quality systems.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with automation and control systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA).
Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python).
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
Familiarity with CAD or process simulation software.
