We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to assist with the full-cycle recruiting process and help us build a diverse, high-performing workforce. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring exceptional candidates across various departments, while also developing and implementing long-term talent strategies that align with our companys future growth and culture. This role reports to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. Duties & Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling, interviewing, coordinating feedback, etc. Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, social media, professional networks, career events, etc.) to build robust pipelines of qualified and diverse candidates, including passive talent. Partnering & Consulting: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their staffing needs, develop clear job descriptions, define selection criteria and provide guidance on market trends and best practices. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, maintaining transparent and timely communication throughout the process. Candidate Communication: Coordinate travel arrangements; lodging and transportation for out-of-town applicants, new hires and coordinating reimbursements. Employer Branding: Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company at career fairs, industry events and on social platforms to promote our culture and value proposition. Data & Compliance: Maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all hiring practices comply with local, state and federal employment laws. Continuous Improvement: Proactively research and recommend new strategies, technologies & methods to improve the efficiency and quality of our talent acquisition function. Other related duties or projects as assigned by the Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Department. Experience

2+ years proven work experience within talent acquisition or recruitment. Expertise

Hands on experience with full-cycle recruitment and various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Demonstrated experience using professional networks and online databases for sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.). Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Education

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. SHRM/PHR Certification preferred. What does MANITOU Group offer?

Above local legal requirements, of course. Base Salary Range between $64,000 $80,000 per year, plus a potential quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
