metal stamping

environment repairing and maintaining

progressive dies, fixtures, and in‑press tooling . You’ll read complex blueprints, troubleshoot tooling failures, and keep production running safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot

complex progressive dies

and fixtures

Perform

in‑press die maintenance ; diagnose and correct tooling failures

Operate

manual lathes, mills, and grinders ; use calipers/micrometers

Read complex drawings; apply shop math; meet tight tolerances

Support production priorities; work OT/Saturdays when required

Must‑Haves

Proficient on manual lathes/mills/grinders; strong blueprint reading

Strong attendance record; able to lift up to

80 lbs

Nice‑to‑Have

Journeyman papers ;

deep‑draw

stamping experience

TIG welding ; assembly fixtures experience
