We are hiring a Civil Engineer to support land development projects including residential, commercial, industrial, and resort sites. The role focuses on utility system design, grading, drainage, and hydrologic modeling. A PE license is not required. This engineer will support design staff, coordinate with agencies, and manage multiple active projects while maintaining schedules and deliverables. Responsibilities

Assist with design of water, sanitary sewer, stormwater, and utility systems Perform grading and drainage design for land development projects Use ICPR 4 and related tools for hydrologic and hydraulic modeling Support site development plans for residential, commercial, industrial, and resort projects Provide direction to design staff and support project execution Coordinate with local agencies and project stakeholders Manage multiple projects and maintain schedules Communicate with clients, architects, consultants, and internal teams Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation Requirements

BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent civil design experience Two or more years of land development design experience Experience with grading, drainage, and ICPR 4 PE license not required AutoCAD experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships Benefits
