Position Title: CNC Mill Machinist

CNC Mill Machinist Responsibilities:
Perform machine changeovers using provided tool lists and setup sheets
Inspect machined parts to ensure compliance with customer requirements
Conduct basic machine maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Input work-related data into a computer-based ERP system
Take on additional tasks as needed to support team success
Requirements for CNC Mill Machinist:
At least three years of hands‑on experience in CNC mill machining
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Proficient in operating 3, 3+2, and 5-axis CNC mills; basic g‑code programming knowledge
Skilled in inspecting machined parts to ensure they meet specifications
CAM programming experience is a plus
Familiarity with AS9100:D standards is advantageous
Basic computer skills required for data entry and software use
