We are seeking a remote Technical Recruiter to join our highly collaborative and energized Talent Acquisition team at Kohler. We are looking for self-motivated & experiencedindividualswithapassionforidentifying,engaging,andhiringtechnicaltalent. Under the direction of the Recruiting Team Lead - Admin, US, provide focused recruiting support for Kohler Co. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for following andmanaging end-toend/ fulllife cycle, "best in class"recruiting strategies. Work closely with Hiring Managers/HR to provide a consultative framework to help define the search parameters, identify up-front challenges and recommend solutions utilizingadatadrivenapproachwhileensuringagraciouscandidateexperienceforall job candidates. Specific Responsibilities
Manageend-to-endrecruitingformultiple&complexsearches;asignificantarea of focus will be engineering and technical recruiting.
Conductconsultativeintakecalls,partneringwithHumanResourcesandhiring managers to understand business priorities, role requirements, and targetprofiles.
Performeffectiveresearchandsourcing,activelyengageindiversityand inclusion hiring strategies.
Performinitialcontactandrecruiterphonescreenforallpotentialcandidates.
Lead recurring search progress meetings on active searches to update and calibratewithkeystakeholders.Providestrategicguidanceandadviceinatruepartnership.
Actasthedrivingforceforprogressingcandidatesthroughtheprocess,advising leaders to keep on track and moving forward in decision making.
Establishtalentnetworksinthemarket,tappingknowledgeableindustrysources to develop an ongoing pipeline and to ensure connection to the greater market.
Continuallycontributetotheknowledgebaseofthebroaderrecruitingfunctionby sharing profiles, intelligence, and best practices.
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with key internal stakeholders, includingHumanResources,TalentAcquisition,Compensation&Benefits,and Business leaders.
Succeedinaperformanceandmetric-drivenenvironment,wherequalityand quantity of hires, hiring manager and candidate experience, time to fill, and diversity of slates are measured.
Understandandutilizeassessmenttoolstoidentifyandevaluatetalent.
Effectively interface with internal and external candidates to ensure they are evaluatedappropriatelyandtreatedinaprofessionalmannerthatdemonstrates our brand image.

Skills/Requirements
Minimumof4yearstechnicalrecruitingexperience:engineering,software,IT.

Provenabilitytoidentifyandassessqualitytalentinabusinessunitrecruitingenvironment.
ProficiencywithApplicantTrackingSystems.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor'sdegree.
TAexperienceintegratingordeliveringinmultipleregionsorglobal.
Excellentwrittenandverbalpresentation,negotiation,offermanagementand communication skills.
Abletocommunicateeffectivelywithothers,buildtrust,credibility,andinfluence by example; shows ability to teach and mentor.
